Shipping, Complaint and Return Policy:
All orders placed on a normal working day (Monday to Friday) before 15:00 are normally delivered on the next working day. Orders after 15.00 are delivered on the 2nd working day after ordering. If you pay by bank transfer (instead of Ideal or credit card) this can take a few days longer.
We ship for free (in the Netherlands) if the total order has a value that is higher than € 75.00. In any other case (if the order has a value of € 75.00 or less) we will charge € 5.95.
For destinations Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany we charge standard € 9.95 for shipping costs. For other destinations in Europe we charge € 14.95 for shipping costs. In these cases the deliveries will take a few days longer than usual.
All return pairs must be brought or sent to Recap Footwear, Riddergang 9, 3811 DB, Amersfoort, NL. Within 14 days of purchase. The associated shipping costs are in this case always for your own account, but you can also bring it back to the store (for free ofcourse).
The shoes must always be in new condition, unworn and sent in the original packaging with a copy of the purchase receipt. In this case we will reimburse the shoes (not the shipping costs) to you within 25 days. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments will not be accepted.
After 14 days we are no longer obliged to accept, refund or exchange returns.
Our warranty period is 3 months after the purchase. If it is a legitimate complaint (this is a technical error on the product that was not caused by you), we will proceed to a reimbursement of the product within 25 days of receipt after assessment.
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse complaints that are caused by our own actions, wear and tear, poor maintenance, but also sensitive materials and zippers.
